Job Description

The Senior Management Accountant will be responsible for the following:

• Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision making processes.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities for the organisation.
• Provide financial insights to various stakeholders within the business.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on financial performance and key metrics.
• Support month end and year end close processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial management.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Management Accountant should have:

• A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in management accounting within the manufacturing sector
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
