Senior Management Consultant

HTE Consulting is currently expanding its strategic advisory team in Lusail. We are looking for a Senior Management Consultant to operate out of our Marina District office and lead complex business transformation projects for our high-profile clients in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of management consultancy assignments, including strategy development and operational restructuring.
• Facilitate high-level workshops and presentations for senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure all deliverables meet HTE's standards of excellence.
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the firm's business development and tender solicitation efforts.

Requirements for the Role:

• A Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in management consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior-level position.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a proven track record of handling multi-million Qatari Riyal projects.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage for this role.
• Candidates with a transferable QID and NOC will be prioritized for immediate joining.

Compensation: We offer a monthly salary of QAR 48,000 for this position, based in our state-of-the-art office in Marina Tower 12.
