Senior Management Consultant

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Management Consultant who can take ownership of complex advisory projects from strategy through execution. This is not a reporting role—you will be leading client engagements, shaping executive decisions, and directly influencing business outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex business challenges into clear, actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Advisory Leadership: Lead end-to-end management consulting engagements across strategy, operations, and transformation mandates.

Client Engagement: Act as the primary advisor to senior client stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and delivery of outcomes.

Business Analysis: Conduct deep operational, financial, and organizational analysis to identify improvement opportunities.

Solution Design: Develop structured, data-driven recommendations and translate them into executable business plans.

Project Leadership: Manage workstreams, timelines, and deliverables across multiple consulting projects.

Executive Communication: Present insights, recommendations, and strategic plans to C-level executives in a clear and compelling way.

Change & Transformation Support: Support implementation of strategic initiatives and organizational improvements.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 7–12+ years of experience in management consulting, business advisory, corporate strategy, or operations transformation.

Consulting Background: Experience in consulting firms or internal strategy/operations roles with exposure to executive-level projects.

Analytical Strength: Strong ability to structure complex problems, interpret data, and develop clear business recommendations.

Client Management: Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and managing high-level business discussions.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a strong advantage.

Market Exposure: Experience in GCC or Middle East consulting environments is highly desirable.

Mindset: You are structured, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-expectation environments.
