Brief about the Team
The Marketing team works closely with multiple business lines at Tata 1mg to drive brand and category/service salience, customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth. The team operates across multiple verticals including Brand, Performance & Digital, CRM, Creative, Social, and Partnerships.
What you will do:
• Act as the marketing partner for Tata 1mg’s ePharma category teams to help build and scale priority categories.
• Shape category strategy from a brand and marketing lens and own category brand plans end-to-end.
• Develop deep category and customer understanding through customer immersions, insights, competitive analysis, and on-platform behavior analysis.
• Build strong category identity including positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and creative territories.
• Lead GTM strategy and execution for priority categories across channels including platform, CRM, social, performance, and offline if required.
• Co-own category growth outcomes including adoption, conversion, repeat usage, and brand preference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, performance, CRM, product, analytics, and external partners.
• Track performance using defined success metrics and drive continuous optimization using post-campaign learnings.
What are we looking for:
• 5–7 years of experience in brand building with a strong focus on growth outcomes.
• High accountability and comfort owning outcomes end-to-end.
• Ability to work across multiple categories, shifting priorities, and fast-paced timelines.
• Strong balance of creative thinking and analytical rigor.
• Structured problem solving and strong stakeholder management skills.
