Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, EPF, ESIC, etc.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
  • Implement internal controls and ensure adherence to company financial policies.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and support management decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor the accounts & finance team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduation (B.com) / Post Graduation (M. com) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems / MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
