This role provides analytical and data support to all the 3 verticals (Category Finance, Resource Allocation & Strategic Finance Customer Commercial) of Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit Investment Management Function. The qualified candidate is a professional with experience in financial analysis and business acumen and will be instrumental in supporting the Investment Management Team in day-to-day operations. The role requires a need to proactively involve, engage and adapt swiftly to the work processes and deliverables on supporting the Category performance reviews, direct marketing expense management, new products financial business cases & Customer Commercial support.
What You’ll Do for Us

Support the working on Category Long Range Plan/ ABP financials and direct marketing expense budget scenarios.

Provide support on driving Category performance reviews

Manage the Global Charges on direct marketing expense for the Operating Unit

Support on Operating Unit zero-based work process for direct marketing expense

Revisiting direct marketing investment splits by function / brand / head for balance of year, based on latest direct marketing investment plans, in discussion with key Marketing & Operation stakeholders and share input with Planning team for inclusion in rolling estimate projections

Partner with the Marketing Platform Services & Finance Hub organization to leverage technology, AI and other tools to standardize reporting, drive data analytics & insights into the budget management process & business reviews.

Prepare & support development of finance analysis (value chain analysis, financial modelling, direct marketing expense analytics, opportunity assessment, cash flow analysis and other financial tools & process) to support decision making on new products.

Coordinate all MEM initiatives and represent globally on behalf of the Operating Unit

Ensure complete governance, control and compliance (internal & statutory) for direct marketing investment expenses and act as power user for SAP direct marketing investment release strategy for the Operating Unit
Qualifications & Requirements:

At least 5-6 years of financial experience, financial and business analysis, demonstrated commercial acumen and/or a consulting background

Bachelor's degree in STEM, Social Science, Finance, or Accounting. MBA, CPA, CFA, or master’s degree preferred

Advanced quantitative analytical skills - ability to draw insights and actions from large datasets, which lead to actionable strategies.
