The Analytics team is a key link between Sales team and PRS team where in the team is responsible for intellectual insights which can create proposal to win the client. The role is very critical in achievement of regular revenues, identifying opportunities to increase shares and leading Adhoc projects for the company

Strategic / Policy related KRAs

Partner with the South Cluster Head in carving out a cluster-wide revenue and growth strategy by providing cross-language, data-driven insights on channel performance, market dynamics, and industry ad-spend trends.

Build a holistic view of the South portfolio across genres/languages through analysis of BARC data, industry reports, and client/category trends to identify opportunities for cluster-wide sales initiatives.

Act as the strategic bridge between individual language PRS leads and central teams by consolidating insights, aligning strategies, and sharing best practices.

Develop and track the cluster’s consolidated budget, aligning language-level budgets and reforecasts into a comprehensive South view for reporting and review.

Devise cluster-level mechanisms to track and improve productivity, enabling sharper monitoring of revenue drivers across languages.

Leverage knowledge of Digital Media to identify and support integrated TV + Digital + Regional cross-sell opportunities at the cluster level.
Operational / Process / Technology related KRAs-
Identify growth opportunities and risks across the South portfolio and highlight them proactively to the South Cluster Head and central leadership.

Monitor weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance at both individual language and cluster levels, and provide actionable insights to achieve revenue targets.

Lead competitive benchmarking across the South region, evaluating both intra-network and external performance.

Consolidate inputs for annual deal discussions, ensuring pricing, inventory, and growth objectives are aligned to cluster performance and market realities.

Prepare cluster-wide review decks and dashboards, providing unified narratives for management discussions and external positioning.

Support sales teams with data-backed, cross-language client proposals and enable bundled deals across properties.
Financial Accountability / Commercial Impact-
Maintain and publish periodic cluster performance reports to highlight gaps, risks, and growth levers proactively.

Support the South Cluster Head in achieving revenue and share objectives by ensuring timely insights, funnel tracking, and pipeline monitoring across all South properties.

Maintain a consolidated sales pipeline of impact properties across languages and publish periodic reports to highlight sales achievement.
People & Collaboration KRAs-
Partner with individual PRS leads across languages to align goals, share best practices, and foster cross-learning.

Build a culture of collaboration across sales, central analytics, and strategy functions.

Drive consistency in dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks across languages for efficiency and comparability.

Strong business acumen with understanding of TV + Digital media ecosystem

Ability to analyze and synthesize multi-channel data into actionable insights

Proficiency in developing scalable processes, dashboards, and performance frameworks

Collaboration and stakeholder management across diverse teams

Strong presentation, storytelling, and influencing skills

MBA (7–10 years of post-qualification experience in Media, Consulting, Analytics, or Strategy roles)
