Job Purpose:
To lead the Business Intelligence & Analytics function, enabling data-driven decision-making across the Marketing organization. The role is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, building comprehensive dashboards and analytical frameworks, and conducting market research to support commercial strategy and reporting.
Job Responsibilities:

BI Framework & Dashboard Management: Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports covering performance KPIs such as Marketing KPI Dashboard, Region/Sub-Region KPIs, VOLTE/4G, and Channel-wise dashboards to ensure real-time visibility for management and stakeholders.

Enhanced Reporting As Per New Requirements: Work closely with all the relevant departments to ensure end to end souring and incorporation of 5G KPIs (traffic, adoption, ARPU/PPGB, device penetration) in all the relevant systems and dashboards, ensuring seamless integration into existing BI frameworks and enabling real-time performance tracking for commercial teams

Data Integration & Collaboration: Collaborate with Data Warehouse, BSS, IT, Stock Base Operations, and Sales & Distribution teams to access, integrate, and validate data sources for reporting and analytics accuracy. End-to-end implementation of approved bundle shares (Data, Voice, SMS, others) as per approved policy and framework by translating marketing decisions into system logic, coordinating with Pricing, IT/DWH teams for accurate deployment, and ensuring accurate reporting

Advanced Analytics & Insights Generation: Perform deep-dive analyses on recharge behavior, churn, ARPU, base dynamics, and channel efficiency to uncover actionable insights that inform product, pricing, and customer engagement strategies.

Campaign & Channel Analytics: Integrate new business or campaign channels (e.g., FTTH, WhatsApp, Digital) into the BI ecosystem; provide performance dashboards to support targeted marketing execution and ROI measurement.

Marketing Research & Customer Insights: Design and conduct customer surveys and perception studies through in-house and partner resources to assess brand health, satisfaction, and product usage trends. Translate insights into recommendations for Brand, Segments, and VAS teams

Ad-hoc & Strategic Analysis Support: Deliver customized, ad-hoc analyses for leadership and cross-functional teams on market trends, campaign performance, product evaluation, or competitive benchmarking as needed.

In principle to have a minimum of Bachelors Degree or above.
Work Experience:

Should have preferably 8 yrs. of relevant experience.
