Job Description:

Assists with planning, organization, and coordination of units and departments to meet budgetary, productivity, and performance improvement targets. Prepares, analyzes, reviews, and monitors personnel, operational efficiency, and capital budgets for areas of supervision. Ensures staff functions in accordance with specific policies and procedures within the scope of services for all patient populations. Evaluates services provided to ensure quality and effectiveness. Uses independent judgment to hire new employees and evaluate applicants. Assigns employees and schedules staff utilizing supervisory discretion and independent judgment. Authorizes and assigns overtime to employees when necessary. Directs, monitors, and corrects employees to ensure adequate performance and quality of work. Assists employees in understanding performance standards and provides specific, timely, and constructive feedback. Resolves complaints, concerns, and problems regarding work assignments, overtime scheduling, and other work-related issues. Ensures high-quality service in compliance with all federal, state, and local accrediting bodies. Exemplifies core values and serves as a role model and resource for hospital staff and visitors. Other duties as assigned.

Education:
  • Bachelor's [Required]

Work Experience:
  • 3+ hospital management experience. [Required]
  • 5+ clinical experience. [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Required]
  • State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) [Required] OR NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) [Required]
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$79,402.93 - $147,697.47
