Responsible for the operational leadership, coordination, and strategic execution of the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Intrapreneurship Development (CEID) across Riphah campuses. The role ensures that CEID services are effectively integrated into academic, professional, and industry ecosystems to deliver maximum student, faculty, alumni, and societal impact. Acts as the central hub for all CEID activities, ensuring alignment with institutional strategy and fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in business administration, Management, Higher Education, or a related field (PhD preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive management experience, ideally in higher education, entrepreneurship development, or corporate leadership.
  • Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale projects.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and industry-academic collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy: Translate CEID strategic vision into annual operational plans for all campuses.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the 7 Project Managers, ensuring cohesion, accountability, and performance.
  • Present quarterly progress reports and strategic recommendations to the CEID Chair and CEO.
  • Develop business models to ensure financial sustainability of CEID initiatives.
  • Operational Management: Supervise the delivery of all CEID programmes, ensuring consistency across campuses.
  • Oversee budgets, procurement, staffing, and resource allocation for all verticals.
  • Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for project planning, delivery, and reporting.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance metrics.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with Deans, faculty, and administrative leaders to embed CEID services within academic programmes.
  • Build strong partnerships with external stakeholders including industry leaders, government bodies, NGOs, and investors.
  • Promote cross-campus collaboration to share best practices and success stories.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each vertical and ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Implement regular data collection, impact assessment, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Prepare strategic dashboards for CEID leadership, demonstrating growth and value creation.
  • Team Development & Capacity Building: Mentor Project Managers and ensure professional development of CEID staff.
  • Create a high-performance, innovative, and collaborative work culture.
  • Ensure staff are trained in emerging tools, industry knowledge, and pedagogy.
  • Communication & Representation: Serve as the face of CEID within Riphah campuses and in external engagements.
  • Represent CEID in national and international conferences, seminars, and networks.
  • Promote CEID successes to strengthen Riphah reputation in entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship.
