Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager - Commercial to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving our commercial initiatives. Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies to enhance project profitability and market position
• Conduct thorough analysis of market trends and pricing strategies to inform decision-making and optimize commercial activities
• Collaborate with project management teams to integrate commercial insights into project planning and execution
• Prepare and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and partners, ensuring favorable terms for the company
• Oversee financial performance, monitoring budgets, forecasts, and expenditure against targets
• Mentor and guide a team of commercial professionals, fostering a performance-driven culture
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to facilitate collaboration and drive project success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
• 10-12 years of experience in commercial management roles, particularly in large-scale projects within the entertainment, construction, or real estate sectors
• Proven track record in formulating and implementing successful commercial strategies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
