Senior Manager – Commercial Cards & B2B Payments

We are seeking an experienced banking professional to lead the growth and expansion of a Commercial Cards and B2B Payments portfolio in Bahrain. This role will focus on corporate client acquisition, supplier payment solutions, portfolio growth, and strategic relationship management.


Key Responsibilities:

• Drive growth of the commercial cards portfolio across large corporates and mid-market segments.

• Identify and unlock B2B supplier payment opportunities and increase card penetration.

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.

• Manage relationships with corporate clients, including MNCs and large enterprises.

• Support product development and commercial card solution launches.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across transaction banking, risk, and operations.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to strengthen market positioning.


Requirements:

• 12–18+ years of experience in Corporate Banking, Payments, Commercial Cards, or Transaction Banking.

• Strong expertise in B2B payments and corporate client management.

• Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.

• Experience managing corporate portfolios and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent in Business or Finance.

• Certifications in Payments or Digital Banking.

• GCC banking experience preferred.
