Are you a commercially driven leader ready to shape and safeguard the success of major capital projects?

ADNEC Group is looking for a highly capable Senior Manager - Commercial Contracts to lead commercial strategy, cost control, procurement, and contract management across developments, fit outs, and strategic assets.

In this high impact role, you will take full ownership of project commercial performance from feasibility through to final account closure-ensuring value, managing risk, and driving delivery within approved budgets and contractual frameworks.

What You'll Do:

• Lead commercial strategy, budgeting, feasibility, and cost planning
• Establish robust cost control frameworks across all project phases
• Drive value engineering and identify cost saving opportunities
• Lead end to end tendering (BOQs, RFPs, bid analysis, and awards)
• Develop procurement strategies and negotiate commercial terms
• Oversee contracts (FIDIC), variations, claims, and final accounts
• Manage commercial risk, disputes, and contractual compliance
• Provide executive reporting and lead stakeholder engagement
• Mentor and develop commercial / QS teams

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, or Construction
• MRICS or equivalent preferred
• 10-15+ years' experience across UAE major developments or infrastructure projects
• Strong expertise in FIDIC contracts and UAE market pricing
• Proven leadership managing high value project portfolios
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
