Senior Manager Compliance &Ethics

AB InBevIndia is currently looking to hire a Compliance Senior Manager on the L&CA team (Legal and Corporate Affairs) based in Bangalore. As Compliance Senior Manager , you will report directly to Compliance Associate Director for AB InBev India.

As the AB InBev India Compliance SeniorManager, you will be responsible to:

• Act with integritythrough all wordsand actions
• Stay up to date on changes to relevant laws and regulations in India and ensure that the company remains in compliance e.g. anti-corruption laws, anti-trust laws, data privacy laws, etc.
• Implement data protection and privacy programs
• Implement antitrust and competition programs
• Investigate broad and diverse allegations
• Perform third party compliance reviews
• Utilize data analysistools and providedata driven insightsto support work
• Develop and refreshpolicies and training
• Work cross functionally with functions outsideof the L&CA team
• Take on specialprojects as needed

The idealCompliance Senior Manager will have：

• Bachelor's degree in law, business, or a relatedfield
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance or ethics role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,with the abilityto effectively communicate complex legal and regulatory issues to non-legal stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,with the abilityto identify and mitigate potential risks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Englishand Hindi is required; knowledgeof additional languagesis a plus
• Professionalcertification in compliance, ethics, or a related field is a plus
• Must have a strong commitment to ethics and integrity

Further skills that would be helpful:

• Qualified lawyer with experience in Compliance / Investigations at a Law Firm or at a multinational company would be a plus
• In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations governing the alcohol industryin India
• Experience at a company with major, consumer-facing brands is helpful
• Experience in beverage/brewing or another highly regulated industrywould be a plus
