Senior Manager Construction

Our client is seeking an accomplished General Manager – Construction to lead and manage major building projects from conceptual planning to final execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong managerial abilities along with in-depth technical expertise in construction project delivery.

• Qualification Required: B.E. in Civil Engineering
• Experience Required: 20+ years in senior project management roles within building construction

Key Competencies:

• Effective leadership and project team management
• Significant exposure to high-rise/building construction projects
• Experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and design teams
• Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills
• Strong background in project execution and planning
