Senior Manager Consulting Services

The Senior Manager will lead Operational Excellence initiatives within one of Takamol’s subsidiaries, driving performance improvement and organizational efficiency through strong leadership, advanced process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies. The role focuses on enhancing operational capabilities, developing scalable frameworks, and ensuring sustainable excellence across business functions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Operational Excellence (OPEX) frameworks to enhance organizational performance and efficiency.
• Develop Target Operating Models (TOMs) for diverse sectors, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Conduct end-to-end process modeling, including workflow visualization, process analysis, detailed documentation, identification of decision points, and definition of process KPIs.
• Utilize process modeling tools to optimize processes and support digital transformation efforts.
• Develop RACI matrices based on job descriptions, accountability structures, and authority levels to clarify organizational roles.
• Apply data analytics to identify performance bottlenecks, track KPIs, and produce insight-driven performance reports.
• Implement OPEX management systems, SOPs, and quality standards to ensure operational consistency and excellence.
• Apply Lean principles and tools to drive process improvement and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Manage and deliver Operational Excellence projects within the government sector while leading and coaching cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in consulting services with a strong focus on performance improvement and Operational Excellence.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs) across various industries.
• Strong expertise in process modeling, workflow design, process analysis, and KPI definition.
• Demonstrated ability to develop RACI matrices based on organizational structure and governance needs.
