We are looking for a strategic and creatively driven Senior Manager – Content Strategy to lead the development and execution of integrated content and social strategies across multiple channels and markets.
This role will oversee the creative and social content ecosystem, ensuring all communications are aligned with the overall brand narrative, business objectives, and customer experience strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, content performance, storytelling, and campaign activation within a fast-paced environment.

Lead the implementation and execution of the overall marketing and content strategy through creative and innovative solutions.

Oversee the activation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Creative & Social streams.

Ensure all social and creative content accurately reflects the brand voice, positioning, and storytelling framework.

Develop and manage seasonal and campaign-based content strategies aligned with brand objectives.

Drive content optimization through performance insights and campaign learnings.

Manage complex launch strategies across markets, audience segments, and campaign objectives including awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with the Business Director and cross-functional teams including Data Science, CRM, Experience Design, and Media.

Collaborate with writers, designers, and creative teams to develop impactful and engaging content.

Contribute to omnichannel media and content planning to ensure a seamless 360 customer experience across digital, offline, and on-ground touchpoints.

Support the development of targeted and audience-centric communications across platforms.
Creative & Brand Management

Act as the creative gatekeeper across all social platforms and brand communications.

Requirements

7–9 years of experience within Content Strategy, Social, Creative, or integrated marketing roles.

Previous experience working within the telecommunications/telco industry is highly preferred.

Native Arabic speaker is essential.

Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful content strategies.

Proven experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels and markets.

Strong understanding of social media, content performance, brand storytelling, and omnichannel marketing.

Experience working closely with creative, media, CRM, and performance marketing teams.
