Senior Manager - Creative Copy

Job Purpose


To lead and inspire a team of copywriters, bringing a mix of marketing expertise and business understanding to elevate Air India's brand image through compelling copy and strategic content initiatives


Key Accountabilities


Collaborate with marketing, social media, and internal teams to brainstorm, brief, and deliver creative campaigns on schedule.

Lead Air India’s creative team, driving concept development and execution across digital, print, SEO, CLM, and event platforms.

Manage copy and content operations, ensuring high creative standards and brand consistency across all outputs.

Translate complex business needs into clear, compelling creative solutions that align with brand identity.

Stay ahead of content, digital, and video trends, integrating best practices into campaign planning and execution.

Oversee team workflows, assign projects, and monitor deadlines and budgets to ensure timely delivery.

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Present creative vision to stakeholders and guide internal clients through ideation and execution phases.


Educational and Experience Requirements


Minimum Education requirements

Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields

Masters Preferred

Experience Minimum

A minimum of 8 years’ digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social, and emerging technologies

10+ years’ digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social, and emerging technologies

Experience working with top creative/advertising agencies

Experience in airlines creative/content is an advantage
