Senior Manager, Culture (1115)

Job Purpose

To lead the development and implementation of organizational culture and employee engagement strategies across SOPC, LOCs, and affiliated entities, fostering a high-performance, values-driven work environment aligned with Olympic principles. The role drives culture transformation initiatives, employee engagement programs, and organizational climate improvement efforts to enhance employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and institutional performance.

Job Specific Accountabilities

Culture Strategy & Programs

  • Develop and implement organizational culture strategies aligned with SOPC vision, values, and Olympic principles.
  • Design and lead culture enhancement initiatives that strengthen collaboration, accountability, innovation, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure integration of organizational values into leadership practices, employee behaviors, and HR processes.

Employee Engagement

  • Lead the design and execution of employee engagement surveys, including planning, communication, analysis, and action planning.
  • Monitor engagement trends and provide insights and recommendations to leadership to improve employee experience and organizational climate.
  • Oversee implementation of engagement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.

Organizational Climate & Employee Experience

  • Identify key drivers of employee motivation, satisfaction, and retention across the organization.
  • Lead initiatives that improve employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to embed engagement and culture practices within HR programs and policies.

Culture Change & Transformation

  • Support organizational transformation initiatives by embedding culture and change management practices.
  • Provide guidance to leaders on fostering positive team environments and managing cultural change.
  • Lead culture-related change interventions to support strategic priorities and organizational growth.

Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory

  • Partner with leadership, HR Business Partners, and internal stakeholders to align culture initiatives with business needs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on organizational culture, engagement, and employee experience.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and leadership sessions to strengthen culture and engagement.

Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor culture and engagement performance indicators.
  • Ensure initiatives align with HR governance frameworks and organizational policies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance culture initiatives through benchmarking and best practices.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen organizational climate and employee engagement.
