Senior Manager Cyber Security – IT & OT Systems

Role Purpose

Lead and manage end-to-end cyber security operations across both IT and OT environments, ensuring robust protection of critical airport systems. Drive security architecture, technical controls, and strategic alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cyber security operations for large-scale IT and OT environments, including airport infrastructure, building systems, and cargo operations.
• Lead the Cyber Security Operations Center (SOC), managing incident response, digital forensics, threat intelligence, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and red teaming.
• Design and implement security architecture and technical controls for cloud, network, endpoint, and OT systems.
• Conduct application security reviews, risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure data protection and compliance.
• Align cyber security initiatives with business strategy and operational needs, engaging with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, HR, projects) to drive security enhancements.
• Support and advise on cyber security enhancement projects, particularly in OT systems.

End-to-End Cyber Security Operations Management

• Experience managing large-scale IT & OT environments (aviation, logistics, industrial sectors)
• Leadership in SOC, incident response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and red teaming

Security Architecture & Technical Controls

• Proven ability to design and implement security architecture for cloud, network, endpoint, and OT systems
• Application security review, risk mitigation, and data protection

Strategic Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement

• Ability to align cyber security initiatives with business strategy and operational needs
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting cyber security enhancement projects in OT systems

Role Requirement

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in cyber security, with exposure to both IT and OT environments
• Demonstrated leadership in SOC and cyber security operations
• Strong technical depth in security architecture and controls
• Strategic thinker with proven stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in aviation, logistics, or large industrial sectors preferred
