IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

To lead and enhance the organization’s security assessment function by driving comprehensive, intelligence-led evaluation of telecom and IT environments. The role focuses on proactively identifying, validating, and mitigating security risks through effective management of vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, source code reviews, and red team operations. It aims to strengthen the overall security posture by delivering scalable security assessment services, integrating threat intelligence, and enabling risk-informed decision-making across the enterprise.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:

• Lead Vulnerability Management Progress across PTCL group including PTCL and Ufone. Ensure timely Scan, reporting and fixture through relevant teams within SLA aligned with CTDISR.
• Penetration Testing of PTCL and Ufone systems, platforms, applications, infrastructure and networks. Leverage external Partner & internal teams to execute for scheduled/planned PT and Ad-hoc requirements from internal teams.
• Source code Review of all new Web and Mobile app as well as existing code review. Guide Development teams to ensure Secure Coding and alignment of DEvSecOps Model.
• Lead and drive team of ethical hackers who will be performing offensive attacks to test security control gaps an vulnerabilities exploitations.
• Preparation, finalization and tracking of Financial budget under supervision and guidance of Director cybersecurity & MSSP services. Contract renewals with vendors.
• Leadership, coaching, development and motivation of teams under the role.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Qualification:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering , or related field.

Technical Competency:

• Experience in cybersecurity, including: Penetration testing, vulnerability management, source code reviews, and red/purple team engagements.
• Security Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, OSCE, CRTO, CRTP, CRTE, CEH.
