We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Innovation Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth through creative strategies. The Senior Manager, Digital Innovation for our Home Care division will be responsible for the strategic oversight, execution, and performance direct-to-consumer digital experience. You will build, manage, and optimize an end-to-end e-commerce website, including buy flows and customer journeys, leveraging your expertise in e-commerce initiatives, site merchandising, user experience strategy, A/B testing, customer segmentation, and personalization.

Duties

  • Oversee the strategic direction, execution, and performance of direct-to-consumer digital experience.
  • Build, manage, and optimize an end-to-end e-commerce website, including buy flows and customer journeys.
  • Leverage expertise in e-commerce initiatives, site merchandising, user experience strategy, A/B testing, customer segmentation, and personalization.
  • Manage and optimize various CRM and CMS tools and platforms
  • Develop and implement winning digital commerce strategies, customer buy flows, and creative strategies.
  • Analyze and report on e-commerce initiatives and KPIs.
  • Align business requirements with program and project requirements and execution.
  • Modify, pivot, and update strategies and tactics based on business needs.
  • Manage cross-functional campaigns while managing multiple projects concurrently

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing e-commerce websites and working in a performance-driven e-commerce environment while managing the end-to-end customer journey and KPIs required
  • Proven track record of delivering high-performing user experiences and effectively managing a variety of CRM and CMS tools and platforms, with Salesforce or similar content management and marketing suite experience preferred.
  • Expertise in digital commerce, customer buy flows, A/B testing, and winning creative strategies required.
  • Ability to understand business needs and align business requirements with program and project requirements and execution required.
  • Flexibility to modify, pivot, and update strategically and tactically based on business needs required. Expertise in cross-functional campaigns and project management required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
