We are hiring Senior Manager / Director - Operations to lead and optimize end-to-end e-commerce operations for our online retail platform.
This is a strategic leadership role focused on enhancing customer experience, streamlining fulfillment, managing supply chain performance, and driving operational excellence across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SOPs to streamline order fulfillment, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
- Own the full order lifecycle - from placement to on-time delivery and returns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Tech) and external partners (3PLs, Vendors).
- Manage inventory levels and stock accuracy using WMS/ERP tools.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
- Lead supplier/vendor onboarding and relationship management.
- Foster alignment across operations and business teams to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, particularly within e-commerce, logistics, or tech-enabled retail.
- Demonstrated track record of success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience in online grocery or similar e-commerce verticals is highly preferred.
