Senior Manager (Electrical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the electrical project & maintenance team and supervise daily operations of electrical systems across the plant.
• Ensure safe and reliable functioning of HT/LT power distribution systems, transformers, switchgear, motors, drives, and control systems.
• Develop and execute preventive & predictive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and upgradation of electrical equipment in alignment with chemical plant operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and audits as per GPCB, DISH, and other regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate with production, instrumentation, mechanical, and utility teams for smooth plant functioning.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns, analyse root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption; drive energy efficiency projects.
• Prepare and manage electrical maintenance budgets and spare part inventory.
• Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government authorities.
• Train and mentor, the electrical team on plant safety (LOTO, arc flash, chemical plant safety norms).

Please Note: Candidate has to initially work at Head office for 10-12 months at Ahmedabad. Then he shall be transferred to Bharuch location.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
