Senior Manager Engineering

About the Role:

We are on the hunt for an Manager Manufacturing Engineering to be part of our team and fuel our next phase of growth.

Role Overview:

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing engineering processes within the forging industry in specific and manufacturing as general.
• Effective & Efficient Implementation of process control methods and conduct root cause analyses for recurring issues.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality and Design & Development to support manufacturing excellence and product innovation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all manufacturing areas and other productivity-enhancing methodologies.
• Develop operational techniques for reduction in cycle time & identification of improvement opportunities in ongoing processes.
• Working knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, and PFMEA processes is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
