Senior Manager, Engineering - C++

• Define and share team roadmap aligned with department objectives.
• Oversee production support and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, and QA teams to ensure stability, scalability, and performance.
• Communicate updates and priorities clearly to team members.
• Suggest improvements to processes and operational models.

• Minimum 15 Years of Technical expertise in C++, Linux development, and production/maintenance activities.
• Experience leading teams in a techno-functional capacity.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and foster teamwork.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of travel industry is helpful but not required.
