The Senior Manager – FF&E & OS&E is responsible for leading the planning, procurement, coordination, delivery, and installation of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) across hospitality projects at Qiddiya. The role is responsible for managing the full FF&E and OS&E lifecycle including strategic planning, specification development, procurement, logistics, installation, quality assurance, pre-opening coordination, and operational handover for luxury and branded hospitality developments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead FF&E and OS&E activities for hospitality projects from concept through hotel opening.

Develop and manage FF&E/OS&E budgets, procurement schedules, logistics plans, and installation programs.

Ensure all FF&E and OS&E packages comply with operator brand standards, project requirements, and quality expectations.

Support tendering, supplier evaluation, and contract award processes for FF&E and OS&E packages.

Review quotations, technical submissions, mock-ups, samples, and material approvals

Collaborate with hotel operators, designers, consultants, and project stakeholders to establish detailed FF&E and OS&E project requirements.

Participate in design reviews, mock-up evaluations, and value engineering exercises while maintaining design intent and quality expectations.

Support procurement and commercial teams to evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing, and secure favorable commercial terms.

Monitor manufacturing progress, production schedules, shipping activities, customs clearance, warehousing, and delivery timelines.

Ensure effective FF&E scheduling and logistics coordination to support project milestones and hotel opening dates.

Act as the primary point of contact for all FF&E and OS&E matters across assigned hospitality projects.
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Hospitality Management, Construction Management, or related field.

+9 years of experience in FF&E and OS&E management within hospitality or hotel projects.

Proven experience delivering luxury hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, or large-scale hospitality projects.

Strong knowledge of hospitality procurement processes, logistics management, and hotel operational requirements.

Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end FF&E and OS&E for hotel projects or comparable hospitality developments.

Experience working with procurement consultants and managing supplier coordination.

Familiarity with operator requirements, brand standards, and hospitality operational needs.

Exposure to large-scale or multi-asset developments.

Experience working within procurement governance frameworks, including tendering and supplier evaluation.

Experience in KSA / GCC or similar environments preferred.
