Job Location : Lake City, Lahore

Position Overview:

The Senior Manager Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial management, accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and compliance matters of the organization. The role ensures effective financial planning, strong internal controls, and strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
• Develop, monitor, and control annual budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasts.
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, corporate regulations, and audit requirements.
• Manage company’s treasury, banking relationships, and investment decisions.
• Implement internal controls, risk management policies, and cost optimization strategies.
• Prepare financial reports and present to management/Board for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and working capital management.
• Provide financial insights for new projects, feasibility studies, and business expansions.
• Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and government authorities.
• Train, mentor, and develop the finance team to strengthen organizational capacity.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: CA / ACCA
• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial role (preferably in real estate, construction, or housing sector).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, corporate tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
