Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Training & Academic Manager – Finance & Accounting (SAP Expert) to lead curriculum development, faculty training, and academic quality initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Accounting, SAP, GST, and financial software, along with proven experience in academic leadership and training delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and regularly update training content for Financial Accounting, Tally Prime, GST, Advanced Excel, and related modules
• Deliver advanced-level training sessions to students and internal faculty members
• Lead, mentor, and manage the faculty team to maintain high academic standards
• Monitor student academic performance and implement improvement strategies
• Ensure academic quality, compliance, and alignment with current industry trends
• Stay updated with advancements in accounting, taxation, SAP, and financial technologies

Required Qualifications

• B.Com (Mandatory)
• CA Inter (Attempt) – Preferred

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Taxation, TDS, and Income Tax
• Expertise in Tally Prime and Advanced Excel
• Hands-on experience in SAP (Mandatory)
• Proven experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and academic leadership
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage academic teams and ensure high-quality training outcomes
