Qiddiya Investment Company is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Senior Manager - Food & Beverage. This role is essential in delivering outstanding culinary experiences within our hospitality offerings, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining journey. You will lead food and beverage operations, driving quality, creativity, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and implement creative, seasonal menus that appeal to diverse guests, spotlighting local flavors and culinary trends
• Supervise and mentor food and beverage teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for food and beverage operations to ensure profitability
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that increase guest engagement and drive revenue
• Monitor and analyze guest feedback and service quality metrics to continually improve offerings and service delivery
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the procurement of high-quality ingredients and materials that align with our commitment to sustainability and excellence
• Lead and manage the execution of special events and catering services, ensuring seamless operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hospitality or high-volume dining environment
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu development, and guest service excellence
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
• Robust financial management skills with experience in budgeting and cost control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for management and reporting
• Passion for food and hospitality, with a creative mindset to bring new ideas to life
