noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you’ll do

• Lead a fulfillment or logistics site, or a major operational function, driving performance, productivity, and quality across large, complex teams.
• Own end-to-end operational delivery: from strategy to execution, ensuring seamless fulfillment, delivery, and customer experience.
• Build, coach, and scale a high-performance management team that thrives under pressure.
• Analyze business performance data to identify opportunities, automate processes, and deliver measurable results.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, tech, and planning teams to implement scalable solutions and best practices.
• Drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives without compromising service or quality.
• Shape long-term operational strategy, including capacity planning, expansion, and workflow optimization.
• Champion a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM (Science Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) subject, or in a field relevant to the role.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce, logistics, manufacturing, or large-scale operations.
• Proven leadership of large teams and complex operations.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfort with ambiguity, urgency, and rapid growth environments.
• Track record of driving measurable performance improvement through innovation and data.
