About the Role

Employers Edge (Private Limited) is hiring a Senior Manager – Fundraising (Central) for a well-established foundation. The role is responsible for overseeing regional fundraising operations, leading field teams, and strengthening donor engagement while ensuring transparency, compliance, and alignment with the Foundation’s vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage regional operations in line with the Foundation’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values

· Supervise field teams to ensure performance targets and operational standards are achieved

· Monitor fundraising activities and donation box operations, ensuring transparency and audit compliance

· Conduct regular field visits and provide performance feedback and guidance to team members

· Develop and implement regional strategies to enhance fundraising results and donor engagement

· Maintain close coordination with the Head Office for planning, reporting, and performance reviews

· Lead team motivation initiatives and support capacity building for continuous improvement

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing), Management, or Social Sciences
(Master’s degree will be preferred)

· 5–7 years of relevant experience in fundraising and team leadership roles
(NGO sector experience preferred)

· Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people-management skills

· Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting abilities

· Ability to independently manage regional operations and meet defined targets within timelines

Location Preference

Candidates from Multan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, Abdul Hakim, Tulamba & Mian Channu will be preferred.
