Summary: We’re looking for a culture-obsessed, high-energy Senior Manager, Global Collaborations & Partnerships to lead global celebrity and influencer partnerships for Huda Beauty, from high-profile collaborations to disruptive brand partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of brand, culture, and business impact, creating authentic partnerships that drive conversation and visibility at the global level.

You’ll be the engine behind our most high-profile collaborations, working with artists, celebrities, entertainment icons, entrepreneurs and mega influencers to create culturally resonant moments that keep Huda Beauty at the forefront of the creative industries.

You’re a connector and storyteller, equally comfortable in the boardroom and backstage, with a founder’s mindset that thrives on building from scratch and driving impact with purpose.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Build Global Strategic Partnerships

• Identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact collaborations with celebrities, cultural figures, and influencers that align with Huda Beauty’s disruptive, inclusive, and community-first vision.
• Build and nurture a strong international network of agents, talent managers, and brand representatives.

End-to-End Management

• Lead all phases of the partnership lifecycle: ideation, negotiation, contracting, production, and global rollout.
• Drive the legal process with internal counsel — ensuring all agreements, IP rights, content usage, and commercial terms are aligned with brand and business objectives, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Communications, Social, Marketing, and Legal to ensure seamless execution.

Creative & Cultural Leadership

• Stay ahead of cultural shifts across fashion, entertainment, entrepreneurship, and reality TV — translating emerging trends into collaboration opportunities.
• Spot and champion unexpected voices and universes (e.g. music, baking, craftsmanship) that resonate with our community.
• Act as a brand ambassador externally, representing Huda Beauty with authenticity and creative conviction.

Performance & Impact

• Define KPIs for each partnership and track performance across awareness, engagement, and media value.
• Translate learnings and insights into future strategies, ensuring that each collaboration builds long-term brand equity.
• Benchmark Huda Beauty’s partnerships against leading players and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in celebrity partnerships, talent management, brand collaborations, or entertainment marketing.
• Proven experience managing high-profile global collaborations from concept to launch.
• Deep understanding of creative industries and how culture, celebrity, and brand storytelling intersect.
• Strong network of celebrity agents, managers, and brand contacts across key global markets.
• Fluent in negotiation, with solid experience in contractual processes, content rights, production oversight, and global market dynamics.
• Exceptional relationship-builder — credible, charismatic, and emotionally intelligent.
• Data-driven mindset: able to measure success and articulate value.
• Passionate about beauty and cultural storytelling; previous beauty experience a plus, not essential.
