Manager, GRC - Capital Projects (CPC Domain)
We have a challenging opportunity opened for the role of Manager in our GRC practice for Capital Projects (CPC Domain).
The Manager role in CPC-GRC requires multi-dimensional capabilities. They are responsible for growing existing accounts, risk-based audit planning, project execution and reporting. The candidate should be a self-starter and should have the drive to grow the business and enhance the service offerings.
Managers develop a deep understanding of client’s business and build lasting relationships with client personnel. They ensure successful completion of assigned GRC engagements, from start to finish, inclusive of preplanning and wrap up activities. Depending on assigned engagement, reports to one or more member(s) of the senior management team. Manages and directs daily activities of more junior auditors assigned to assist the Supervising Auditor during an engagement. Applies risk and control concepts to scenarios encountered and identifies any potential issues.
Communicates identified issues with senior management to ensure any potential concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner. He also has a significant role in business development. This entails generation of new leads, effective networking, conceptualizing new solutions and such other tasks.

- Collaborate with clients from Capital Projects, Construction, Real Estate or Infrastructure background to assess their current GRC practices and develop strategies for improvement.
- Lead the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks, including the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks.
- Assist clients in developing and maintaining risk registers to track and prioritize risks across the organization.
- Provide guidance and support in incident management processes, including incident identification, investigation, and resolution.
- Conduct GRC assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs on GRC topics to client stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes related to GRC.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, and proposals (for different target audiences – CXOs, Board of Directors, Audit Committees)
- Manage performance of audit and GRC procedures. This includes identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures. Demonstrate technical competence in related domain.
- Business development and growth of the practice in terms of revenue, team and profitability.
- One or more relevant professional degree / certifications in GRC i.e. MBA, CIA, CISA, CISSP etc.
- Prior Audit/GRC Consulting experience with Big 4 or Strategy firms having Capital Projects from Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure sectors.
- Overall, 8 - 15 years of relevant full time work experience preferably from consulting
- Ability to observe and understand business processes ensuring processes are documented completely and accurately
- Ability to apply audit and GRC standards through practical application
- Proactive in researching business best practice concepts in order to apply as appropriate
- Solid listening skills and ability to identify gaps in logic – inquisitive
- Strong organization and follow up skills including the ability to handle competing priorities and meet all deadlines and commitments
