Project Management Information Systems Lead (PMIS Lead)

We are seeking an experienced PMIS Lead to join a major PMC team delivering large-scale infrastructure and mixed-use developments in the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, administration, and optimization of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) to support effective project delivery, reporting, and data management across the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and administration of PMIS platforms across the project/program.
• Manage and maintain project systems such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, Aconex, Primavera P6, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
• Ensure proper data governance, system integration, and workflow automation across project teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support project leadership and client decision-making.
• Coordinate with planning, cost, document control, and commercial teams to ensure accurate data flow within the PMIS.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and system support to project teams and end users.
• Establish and enforce PMIS standards, procedures, and best practices across the program.
• Support the client and senior management with program-level reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in PMIS, project systems, or project controls roles.
• Proven experience working on large-scale construction, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong experience with PMIS platforms such as Primavera Unifier, Aconex, Primavera P6, Power BI, or similar systems.
• Experience working with PMC, EPC, or major consultancy environments.
• Strong knowledge of data management, reporting systems, and project controls integration.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related discipline.

Pay: Up to ﷼25,000.00 per month
