Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end recruitment.
· Manages everything from onboarding to exit formalities.
· Handle employee engagement, attendance, and HR operations.
· Handle payroll processing and maintain employee records.
· Ensure HR compliance, documentation, and policy implementation.
· Assist in performance management and training coordination.
· Prepare and analyse HR reports / MIS for management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
