Senior Manager HR

We are hiring an experienced and highly professional Senior HR Manager for our group operations. The role requires strong command over HR operations, labour law compliance, employee management, policy implementation and strategic workforce planning.

Position: Senior HR Manager

Location: Bahria Office, Rawalpindi

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Salary Package: PKR 200,000 + Bonuses/ Increments as per company Policy

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complete HR operations
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning and talent acquisition
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and compliance frameworks
• Supervise payroll administration, compensation and benefits management
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters and grievance handling
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company regulations and documentation standards
• Oversee performance management systems and employee evaluations
• Maintain confidentiality and control of employee records and HR systems
• Conduct training, development and employee engagement initiatives
• Manage resignations, exit formalities and retention strategies
• Coordinate closely with management regarding organizational structure and manpower planning

Requirements

• MBA / Master’s Degree in HR or relevant field
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant HR management experience
• Strong command over labour laws, HR compliance and corporate procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in handling large operational teams and multi-company HR functions
• Proficiency in HR systems, ERP and Microsoft Office

Preferred Profile

• Strong administrative and compliance background
• Ability to work independently under pressure
• Corporate mindset with strong operational control capability
• Experience in BPO, IT or corporate group operations will be preferred
