Role Objective
The Senior Manager – HR, Recruitment & Operations will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling a system-driven workforce for a UAE-based organization operating from India.
This role carries end-to-end ownership of recruitment, HR operations, and internal coordination. The mandate is to eliminate dependency on individuals and establish structured processes, accountability, and performance discipline.
This is a leadership execution role, not an advisory or support-only position.
Core Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Ownership)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all functions including:
- Sales
- Operations
- Documentation & Compliance
- Accounts
- Support teams
- Design and execute a competitor-focused hiring strategy.
- Ensure hiring of experienced, delivery-ready professionals only.
- Conduct:
- Screening interviews
- Capability and ownership assessment
- Cultural and discipline fit evaluation
- Coordinate final selection and onboarding.
- Maintain hiring speed without compromising quality.
Strict Controls:
- No CV forwarding without evaluation
- No trial-and-error hiring
- Freshers only if explicitly approved
2. HR Operations & Workforce Governance
- Full responsibility for:
- Attendance and working-hour discipline
- Leave and holiday management
- Employee records and documentation
- Payroll coordination (India operations)
- Manage onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit processes.
- Enforce performance-based employment, including:
- Probation extensions
- Termination of non-performers
- Establish clarity on roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines.
3. Operations & Internal Coordination
- Act as the central control point between management and teams.
- Ensure:
- Daily task tracking
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Escalation of delays and non-performance
- Support smooth coordination between Sales, Operations, Accounts, and Support teams.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, SOPs, and internal controls.
4. Systems, SOPs & Performance Frameworks
- Design, implement, and enforce:
- HR policies
- SOPs for recruitment and operations
- KRAs and KPIs for all roles
- Transition operations from:
- Person-dependent → System-driven
- Drive consistency, documentation, and audit-ready processes.
- Support adoption of internal tools, CMS, or CRM systems.

- Quality and retention of hires
- Time-to-hire for priority positions
- Productivity and discipline of teams

- SOP adherence and operational stability
Experience & Skill RequirementsMandatory
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in:
- HR
- Recruitment
- Operations management
- Proven experience in building and managing teams
- Strong exposure to B2B service-sector environments
- Hands-on experience with performance management and workforce discipline
- Ability to take hire-and-fire decisions independently
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and documentation skills
Preferred
- Experience working with UAE-based or international service businesses
- Experience managing operations from India for overseas markets
- Exposure to structured, compliance-driven organizations
