The Senior Infrastructure Manager will own the end‑to‑end delivery and reliability of our core infrastructure – from physical data‑centers and network to cloud hosting, security operations, database platforms, DevOps support, and system administration. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong people‑leadership to drive operational excellence, cost‑efficiency, and innovation across the whole IT stack.
Key Responsibilities Area:
Infrastructure & Data‑Center Operations:

Oversee the design, capacity planning, deployment, and day‑to‑day operation of on‑premises data‑centers and network architecture (routing, switching, firewalls, LAN and WAN).

Ensure availability and performance of critical services

Establish and manage Backup operation of all systems.

Lead the implementation of disaster‑recovery strategies.
Cloud & Hybrid Hosting:
-
Manage the lifecycle of workloads hosted in public clouds (Azure, GCP) and their integration with on‑prem resources

Drive cloud‑cost optimization, governance, and security best practices
Security Operations:
-
Partner with the Security team to embed security controls (network segmentation, zero‑trust, encryption, patch management) into every layer of the infrastructure

Supervise security monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response for infrastructure components.
Database Administration:
-
Provide oversight for the design, provisioning, backup/recovery, performance tuning, and patching of SQL and NoSQL databases.

Ensure database platforms meet SLA, compliance, and security requirements.
System Administration (Windows & Linux):

responsible for server lifecycle, configuration management, patching, and troubleshooting

Implement standard operating system baselines, hardening guides, and automation (i.e. PowerShell).
DevOps Support:

Work closely with development and CI/CD teams to provide reliable build, test, and deployment environments.

Promote containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration best practices.
Team Leadership & Development:

Manage, coach, and mentor a cross‑functional team of engineers, administrators, and specialists.

Conduct performance reviews, career‑path planning, and skills‑gap assessments.

Foster a culture of collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement.
Vendor & Budget Management:

Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing with hardware, software, and cloud service vendors.

Own the infrastructure budget, track spend, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
Reporting & Governance:

Produce regular operational dashboards (availability, incident trends, capacity, cost).

Ensure compliance with NCA, DMO, ISO 27001 and other relevant standards.

Lead post‑incident reviews and drive root‑cause remediation.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
Technical Experience:
-
10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure.

At least 3 years in a managerial/lead role overseeing teams or large‑scale infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of network design and operation, Data centers, cloud platforms and hybrid cloud architectures.

Experience with security operations for infrastructure, database administration, system administration expertise for both Windows Server and Linux.

Good understanding of DevOps tooling (CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, Ansible).

Professional certification is a plus.
