Lawyers for Justice, PC is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing to support the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and social media channels. This is a hands-on role responsible for project managing campaign rollouts, ensuring creative and messaging consistency, and coordinating across internal and external stakeholders.
As our firm expands into new markets —this position plays a critical role in delivering compelling, localized, and legally sound marketing that connects with consumers and drives lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Manage timelines, calendars, and deliverables for multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, and out-of-home.
- Work with internal teams (creative, content, SEO, media) to ensure coordinated, on-brand campaign rollouts.
- Execute campaign setup checklists, QA assets, and monitor deadlines for ongoing launches.
- Support agency and vendor coordination by trafficking assets and ensuring timely campaign execution
Creative & Content Collaboration
- Serve as project lead on creative brief development, consolidating feedback, and tracking approvals.
- Collaborate with our content and video team on campaign creative (static, video, email, paid social) and ensure assets meet platform specs and brand standards.
- Provide day-to-day creative guidance in line with brand standards, escalating strategic or brand-level decisions to senior leadership as needed.
- Help maintain the consistency of tone, voice, and messaging across Call Justice, Mr. Justice, La Dama Justicia, and The Law Center brands.
Channel Support & Reporting
- Coordinate execution across platforms: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, CTV, organic social, and email.
- Support day-to-day execution of organic social content, including scheduling posts, coordinating assets, and monitoring engagement across platforms.
- Assist with tagging, tracking, and campaign reporting in partnership with SEO and paid media vendors.
- Contribute to performance snapshots, recaps, and ROI documentation for leadership reporting.
Brand Rollouts & Market Expansion
- Assist in executing localized marketing campaigns in new states (NY, WA, CO, NJ), including social posts, landing page briefs, and geo-targeted ad creative.
- Help maintain and organize the firm’s brand library, visual assets, and campaign archive.
- Support cross-functional projects such as photo/video shoots, legal collateral creation, and public-facing firm events.
Innovation & Industry Awareness
- Stay informed on marketing trends and tools, surface relevant insights to the senior team for testing or implementation.
- Regularly test and implement innovative tactics to increase marketing effectiveness and scalability.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in integrated marketing or campaign/project management, preferably in legal, healthcare, or service-based industries.
- Hands-on experience with digital campaign execution across paid, email, and social channels.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort juggling multiple deliverables.
- Strong written communication skills and creative sensibility.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Monday, Slack, and Adobe Creative Suite (or ability to brief designers effectively).
- Collaborative team player who can communicate clearly with creative partners and contribute to high-quality output across assets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
