IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Lead the adoption of advanced AI and Generative AI solutions to transform PTCL’s telecom and contact center operations. This role will drive intelligent automation, conversational AI, speech analytics, and predictive insights to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The position ensures secure, scalable, and production-ready AI deployments aligned with ABC’s digital transformation strategy and responsible AI standards.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Define and execute PTCL’s enterprise AI strategy aligned with telecom, network modernization, contact Center transformation, and digital business objectives, Lead adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, multimodal AI, and autonomous systems across customer care, network operations, and enterprise platforms.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases including AIOps, self-healing networks, intelligent routing, real-time personalization, churn prevention, revenue assurance, and fraud detection. Establish AI governance frameworks covering responsible AI, data privacy, model risk management, and regulatory compliance. Build and lead an AI Center of Excellence (CoE), setting standards, best practices, and reusable AI assets across the organization
• Lead end-to-end deployment of AI solutions, transitioning models from research and experimentation to production-grade systems. Architect and implement scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant AI services using APIs, microservices, containers, and orchestration platforms. Ensure seamless integration of AI models with existing IT platforms, OSS/BSS systems, and enterprise applications.
• Design, implement, and operate end-to-end MLOps pipelines covering the complete AI/ML lifecycle Architect and deploy cloud-native, hybrid, edge, and low-latency AI solutions for telecom workloads. Lead real-time inference, streaming AI, and event-driven architectures for scalable production environments. Integrate AI solutions with OSS/BSS, CRM, IPCC, IVR, and network management platforms. Develop reusable AI APIs, SDKs, and microservices to enable enterprise-wide AI adoption. Drive agile-based AI platform transformation and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Own the continuous maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of deployed AI systems to ensure high performance and stability. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve production issues across data pipelines, models, and infrastructure. Lead technology modernization initiatives by adopting emerging AI frameworks, architectures, and industry best practices.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders, network teams, IT operations, cybersecurity, and data teams to drive AI initiatives. Translate business objectives and requirements into scalable, technically sound AI solutions. Communicate AI strategy, project outcomes, and performance metrics to senior leadership through executive presentations and dashboards. for infrastructure enhancement.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

Professional certifications in AI/ML, Cloud Computing, or DevOps are highly desirable and will be considered an added advantage.
