Senior Manager - Internal Control

Mangaluru, India

Responsibilities


Participate in the construction of the internal control system for the International Platform Department and regional teams, establishing Xiaomi International’s internal control matrix, process flows, and other standardized documentation.


Conduct diagnostic analysis of business and management processes, evaluate the rationality of process design and effectiveness of execution, and propose practical optimization solutions.


Possess basic project management knowledge and capabilities to carry out process optimization projects, coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, and manage the full lifecycle of such projects.


Organize and/or promote multi-department collaboration for standardized and optimized internal control processes, provide consulting to business units, and deliver training on internal control compliance.


Communicate effectively and work closely with different business units and overseas regions to advance multi-department collaboration on internal control process development and optimization.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree or above.


8–12 years of relevant experience in internal control and internal audit; prior experience in both in-house (client-side) and external/internal control roles is preferred.


Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.


Experience in hardware, internet, or retail industries; strong curiosity, exploratory mindset, and logical thinking ability.


Familiarity with internal control and risk management methodologies and theoretical frameworks; knowledge of relevant domestic and international internal control guidelines and legal/regulatory requirements.


Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
