Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead IT application services for QIC Group. The role includes managing the full application lifecycle, leading teams, handling vendors, ensuring security & compliance, and optimizing application performance. Insurance experience is mandatory.

Key Skills:

• Application lifecycle management (ALM) & ITSM/ITIL
• Enterprise IT applications & large-scale projects
• Vendor & stakeholder management
• Insurance domain (Life, Medical, General)
• Team leadership, strategic decision-making
• Cloud, DevOps, and monitoring tools (preferred)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 15+ years of relevant experience
• PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certifications (preferred)

Pay: QAR22,000.00 - QAR25,000.00 per month
