Manager - Learning Governance, Operations & Partnerships

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning governance frameworks to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
  • Manage daily operations of the learning department, optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions, vendors, and industry experts to broaden learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align learning programs with organizational goals and business needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning initiatives, providing insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Lead risk management efforts related to learning operations and governance to mitigate potential issues.
  • Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends and technologies in learning and development and integrating them appropriately.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration across stakeholders to ensure transparency and engagement in learning activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in learning governance, operations, or partnership management within a large organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing effective governance frameworks and operational processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
