About the Role

• Provide strategic legal advice across regulatory, employment, litigation, and administrative matters.
• Ensure compliance with the relevant legal frameworks and manage regulatory relationships.
• Oversee disputes in coordination with external counsel and advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and compliance.
• Support the General Counsel on strategic projects and conduct regulatory gap analyses to enhance organisational resilience.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, interpret employment law, and provide training on legal matters to promote a culture of compliance.

About You

• Minimum of 8 years of post qualification experience in aviation, regulatory, or administrative law, ideally with both private practice and in house experience.
• Qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or equivalent legal qualification, and membership in a recognised bar association.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
