Position Overview:
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and administrative requirements related to the company’s operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The position supports the company’s startup phase in KSA, handling government liaison activities, documentation, office administration, and coordination of official procedures.
The role also provides administrative assistance to the management team and may occasionally support in the pickup and delivery of official documents or the transport of guests for business purposes as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the company’s representative in all government-related transactions, ensuring full compliance with KSA labor, immigration, and corporate regulations.

Liaise with authorities such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Chamber of Commerce, and Municipality offices for company and employee affairs.

Manage and process visas, Iqamas, license renewals, company registration documents, and other legal formalities.

Support the initial setup of the KSA office, including documentation, local registrations, and coordination with government agencies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company documents, licenses, and employee files in both electronic and physical formats.

Provide administrative support to management and staff, including correspondence, filing, translation, and coordination of office requirements.

Assist, when necessary, in the pickup and drop-off of official documents, parcels, and guests to ensure efficient operational support.

Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and compliance in all dealings with authorities and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements

Saudi national or resident with a valid transferable Iqama (preferred).

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Business, or related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a PRO or Administrative Officer in KSA.

Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws, visa and immigration processes, and government portals (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, etc.).

Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Valid KSA driver’s license required.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Working Conditions

The position is primarily office-based but requires regular travel to government offices and other official sites.

Occasional support in the pickup or drop-off of official documents and guests may be required as part of operational duties.
