Job Title: Senior Manager, Logistics & General Services
Job Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Responsibilities
Manage the arrangements of logistical service for company's functions including flights, hotel accommodation and transportation in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Manage the execution of safety and security plans including setting scheduled and structured routine maintenance checks.

Manage the execution of the maintenance plan, and handling the delivery of best practice, cost-effective maintenance in line with maintenance budgets by efficient spend projection and budget control.

Support in establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with third party contractors responsible for providing maintenance and security services and ensuring that they deliver optimal results in line with the maintenance and security plans.

Handle the delivery of office services, cleaning, recreation, security, and utilities i.e. Internet connection, telephone services, water, and electricity.

Handle the assessment of the facility periodically to gather insights and understanding of the maintenance condition and repairs needed.

Manage catering needs including communicating and coordinating with caterers for internal and external events including conferences and seminars.

Handle issuing permits for visitors to ensure proper access control in the office buildings and avoid any unauthorized entry.

Manage the fleet’s maintenance operations in terms of scheduled, non-scheduled, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and repair costs.

Handle the process of monitoring and following of the daily usage of the fleet in terms of receiving and returning time, used mileage, and overall vehicle condition.

Manage the overall fleet operational costs, i.e., fuel, maintenance (scheduled, non-scheduled, preventive), insurance, and registration, and make sure they are according to the approved budget.

Handle all inventory related activities which include item movement and mobility both in and out, tracking system to record stock levels, and reselling and disposal.

Prepare periodic reports on the fleet which include usage and milage, cost and spend analysis, maintenance, and any other topics as directed by the Head, Logistics & General Services.
