Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for building world class loyalty programs and creating meaningful customer engagement?
In this role, you will lead the brand and marketing strategy for our Loyalty Program, ensuring a strong, unified presence that inspires loyalty and drives growth across all customer touchpoints.
You will design and execute integrated campaigns, develop powerful brand positioning, and drive digital engagement strategies that enhance member acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include leading the development of a distinct loyalty brand that complements our premium positioning, analyzing market trends to refine loyalty marketing strategies, and creating data-driven campaigns that reach and resonate with target audiences.
You will collaborate closely with CRM, partnership, and digital teams to plan and execute personalized communication journeys that deliver measurable impact.
All while overseeing campaign delivery across owned, earned, and paid media, ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual identity. In addition, you will manage agency relationships, drive creative excellence, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
As the loyalty brand ambassador, you will guide internal stakeholders, mentor a high performing team, and manage budgets to maximize return on investment while supporting broader business priorities.
