Senior Manager/ Manager -Process Consulting Practice (E&U and Manufacturing industry) Arabic Speakers

We have a challenging opportunity opened up for the role of Senior Manager/ Manager. The role requires capabilities across problem-solving, logical reasoning, analytical skills, strong client management, expectation management, excellence in project delivery, and serving as brand ambassadors of Protiviti in the market. The role specifically focuses on providing Process Consulting services to Energy & Utilities (E&U) and Manufacturing (Mfg.) industries.

Process Consulting Practice

Our Process Consulting practice specializes in providing a wide range of consultancy solutions, including:

• Operational Excellence and Process / Cost Optimization
• Business process reengineering / improvement, including development / update of:
• Policies & procedures
• Delegation of Authority
• Internal Control Documentation
• Process Transformation projects such as Procurement, Maintenance, etc.
• Market assessment, including design and implementation of assessment surveys, reporting of results, etc.
• Process Maturity Assessments and implementation roadmaps
• Improvement of operational efficiency
• Implementation of standalone ISO standards such as 9001, 14001, 18001, 50001, among others
• Implementation of Integrated Management Systems inclusive of multiple ISO standards
• Lean Six Sigma implementation

Role Requirements

• Leverage leading practices across E&U and Mfg. industries to deliver effective business consulting solutions.
• Demonstrate technical competence in client’s business and understand client’s perspective. Responsible for serving clients and ensuring outstanding quality execution of projects.
• Work with a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Work with the project team through innovative and out-of-the-box ideas to deliver quality outcomes in line with client business needs.
• Ability to communicate solutions and thoughts to clients in an effective and confident manner.
• Ability to work on a wide variety of projects across the E&U and Mfg. industry sectors.

Desired Profile

• 7+ years of professional experience for Manager position and 9+ years for Senior Manager position.
• Mandatory 5+ years of experience working in a consulting setup and preparing proposals, delivering end-to-end projects for clients across E&U / Mfg. industries.
• Arabic language skills are preferred.
• An analytical, results, and detail-oriented professional who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Ability to visualize and review business needs, formulate a business case, and communicate in a way that gets stakeholder buy-in.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• MBA degree will be a value addition.
• Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, ISO, or other relevant certifications will be a value addition.
