Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Real Estate Manager with 2 to 4 years of experience to oversee the acquisition and management of properties. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of real estate ethics, and the ability to handle and maintain all management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Real Estate Ethics: Uphold and promote the highest standards of real estate ethics, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

2. Process Management: Develop, implement, and maintain efficient management processes to ensure seamless operations and optimal results.

3. Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with vendors, owners, and buyers through direct meetings and site visits, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

4. Acquisition and Management: Identify and acquire new properties, negotiate deals, and manage existing properties to maximize returns and minimize risks.

5. Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to build trust and resolve issues.

6. Dedication and Sincerity: Exhibit a strong work ethic, dedication, and sincerity in all interactions, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

7. Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor property conditions, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.

8. Vendor and Owner Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and owners, negotiating contracts and agreements that benefit the company.
